2008 AGM Notes  

Following the AGM, Captain R A SMITH will stand down as chairman of the Board of Directors, having completed his tenure. He will be replaced by Professor A N DAVISON. A short resume is attached.

A decision has been made to close the Print Business. The business will cease to trade at the end of May 2008

 

  
Board Meeting Dates  

The next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Lady Haig's Poppy Factory will be on Tuesday 10th June at 10.30 followed by the AGM Invitation and minutes attached.
